A cozy wellness room with a bed covered in a beige blanket, a white dresser with multiple drawers on the left, a small mini fridge underneath, and decorative artwork on the wall. A window with beige curtains allows natural light to brighten the room. A gray cabinet with plants, a lamp, and framed certificates are on the right wall. A sign reading 'Blessed Wellness' is hanging on the wall above the cabinet.

Whole-Body Healing, Rooted in Care

For Natalie, massage is about so much more than relieving sore muscles. It's about listening—to your body, your experiences, and what you need in this moment. Her treatments blend therapeutic techniques with an intuitive, personalized approach, creating space for restoration, healing, and genuine connection.

Inspired by nature, movement, faith, and the belief that healing is for everyBODY, Natalie has intentionally created an environment where people from all walks of life can feel safe, supported, and truly at ease. If spirituality is something meaningful to you, she is also happy to incorporate prayer and moments of reflection into your session, always guided by your comfort and preferences.

My path into massage wasn't simply about finding a career—it was about creating a different way of living.

For years, I worked multiple jobs, always searching for something that felt more meaningful. When I discovered massage therapy, I thought I was choosing a new profession. Looking back, I realize it was the beginning of a journey that would completely change my life.

That journey has taken me across the country and around the world. After spending a summer in Yosemite National Park, I felt called to pursue bodywork and holistic healing. I explored new places, immersed myself in different communities, and continued learning wherever life led me. In New Zealand, I studied sustainable farming and developed a deeper appreciation for living in harmony with nature. In Bend, Oregon, I completed my massage therapy training at Sage School of Massage & Esthetics, building the foundation for the work I now feel so honored to share.

Each place taught me something different, but they all pointed me toward the same truth: healing happens when we're given space to slow down, breathe, and simply be.

Today, I'm grateful to call Brunswick, Maine home. One of my favorite parts of this chapter is becoming part of such a welcoming community. I love meeting the people who walk through my door, connecting with neighbors, and being surrounded by the incredible community at Routine. It's a joy to build relationships with the people who make this place feel like home.

Hi, I’m Natalie Herrod!

A woman with curly blonde hair and a brown top smiling and sitting in a room with a light-colored wall. Behind her, there are four framed art prints depicting anatomical and botanical illustrations, and the room is decorated with salt lamps and a wooden sculpture on a white dresser.

Blessed Wellness was created from the kind of experience I always hoped to find myself—a peaceful, welcoming space where every detail has been chosen with care. From the calming atmosphere to the techniques I use, my goal is for you to feel safe, seen, and completely cared for from the moment you arrive.

My own healing has been shaped by adventure, quiet moments in nature, faith, and the kindness of people who cared for me along the way. Through life's challenges, I've learned that healing often lives in the balance of movement and stillness, strength and gentleness, rest and renewal.

Whether you're coming in to ease chronic pain, recover after activity, reduce stress, or simply take a moment for yourself, you are welcome here. Every body has a story, every person deserves compassionate care, and it is truly an honor to be part of your wellness journey.

I hope when you leave, you feel lighter than when you arrived. More peaceful. More grounded. More connected to yourself.

I can't wait to welcome you into my space.
